I spent a really comfortable time here, would definitely recommend to anyone. Quiet room, an electric kettle, central heating, and TV were a nice surprise. Everything was great, and the breakfast was absolutely superb and excellent with real porridge.

Overall it was well-appointed with lovely decor etc. The location was magnificent and unbeatable for traveling around Dunkeld, really close to restaurants in Dunkeld.

The double room with bathtub with well functioning shower, a big round table and a lovely cooked breakfast. Early check-in, late check-out.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed rooms with really comfy bed too. It offered us great and amazing location close to a bus stop.

We had a superb and sensational breakfast with real porridge, for all tastes. Its location was gorgeous, short walk to the restaurants and the Cathedral, the centre of Dunkeld where the restaurants and the Cathedral are and into Dunkeld over the Tay bridge.

It was in a very central setting on the Tay river walk. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent and gave some great recommendations.

The weather was really warm, had really nice stay in a very interesting town. I got awesome and sensational breakfast with fruit and fresh coffee, for example. I loved the room, the bed was very comfy. The staff was excellent, just as I expected.

Real good overall experience. Fairly clean and peaceful place, astonishing and excellent breakfast with a lot of options. Heated room, good-sized with comfortable bed. Location close to which offers stunning woodland walks to a dramatic waterfall and the decent pubs and restaurants. Plus, walking distance to Birnam Oak.

The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, not far from Dunkeld which is a pretty village with an interesting history, train station, and the hotels / restarants. All the staff were hospitable, efficient. The food was good and there were a lot of dishes in the menu.

There was a little hard bed in my room.
